3. Legal basis of the data processing

The legal basis for data processing under the GDPR for our data processing results from Art. 6 GDPR. In detail, depending on the situation in which we process your data, different legal bases may arise.

Consent

Insofar as your consent has been obtained for processing operations of personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis for the data processing. Consent given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

Contract

When personal data is collected for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. This also applies to processing necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.

Legal obligation

Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Vital interests

In the event that vital interests of you or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(d) GDPR is the legal basis.

Legitimate interest

If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override this interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. The legitimate interest of our company ist the conduction of our business activities.

4. Rights of data subjects

As we are processing your personal data, you are entitled to enforce the rights from the third chapter of the GDPR.

  • in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to the extent specified therein, the right to access your personal data processed by us;
  • in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to demand the rectification of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the further processing is necessary – to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; – to comply with a legal obligation; – for reasons of public interest or – to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as – the accuracy of the data is disputed by you; – the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure; – we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or – you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
  • in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
  • in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In particular, you can contact the supervisory authority of your habitual residence, place of work or place of our company headquarters.

5. Web server logs

In the course of visiting our website, connection information is stored in server log files. 

This information includes:

  • client IP address;
  • browser information such as operating system used and screen resolution;
  • requested page;
  • referrer;
  • time and date of the request.

The web server logs are processed exclusively for security purposes.

We only use the log data to statistically analyze the managementindication, security and optimization of the website. However, we reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use on the basis of concrete indicators.

If you send us an email or contact us via the form on the website, we will process your personal data exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

If your inquiry concerns an existing contractual relationship or precontractual measures, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. As far as your contact intentions are not based on a contract or contract initiation with us, our processing interest is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest in data processing is to comprehensively process your request.

Within the scope of an email or the contact form, you have the option of sending any data to us. Please make sure that you only send us the necessary data. You determine the extent of the data you provide to us.

The icon merely links to WhatsApp. Therefore, by simply visiting our website, no data is forwarded to WhatsApp. Only when you click on the icon, you will be redirected to the page of WhatsApp.

8. Data retention

We store your personal data only for as long as is necessary and permissible for the purpose for which the data was collected, unless legal retention periods prevent deletion, or you have given us your express consent to continue storing your personal data.

Insofar as certain data are subject to legal retention periods, we store them until the corresponding retention periods have expired.
